The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the top decision policy-making organ of the society. The AGM democratically elects members of the Executive Committee (EC). These are;

• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
• Treasurer
• Publicity Secretary
• 5 Committee Members
• Secretary (Executive Director)

The EC has established subcommittees to support their oversight function. Currently, the following subcommittees are operational;

• Science and technical subcommittee;
• Finance and administration subcommittee; and the
• Membership and publicity subcommittee

The EC supervises the secretariat, which manages the day-to-day operations of the organization.
